Orders & Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across Nigeria.

Delivery timelines:

• Lagos: 1–3 business days

• Outside Lagos: 3–7 business days

Customers will receive tracking or delivery updates after orders are confirmed.

Payment Policy

We accept secure payments via bank transfer, card payment, and approved payment gateways.

Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, consumable wellness products, teas, supplements, and gummies cannot be returned once opened or used. This is a common policy for wellness and consumable products. 

However, customers may request a replacement or refund if:

• The wrong item was delivered

• The item arrived damaged

• The item is defective upon delivery

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photo/video evidence.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
